Food supplements containing other substances are regulated by the Royal Decree of 29 august 2021 (available in Dutch and French).
This decree contains amoungst others, the following items:
- a notification procedure before launching the products on the market
- requirements for labeling and advertising
For some other substances specific dispositions are foreseen in the Ministerial Decree of 22 december 2021 (available in Dutch and French).
