Do you disagree with a decision taken by your Belgian health insurance fund* concerning treatment in another country of the European Union*, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland (e.g. you are refused prior authorisation*), or with the reimbursement level of the costs you incurred?
If so, you can, within three months of being informed of the decision, appeal to the relevant labour tribunal. Your health insurance fund* must inform you which labour tribunal you should address your appeal to.
