North sea publications
What influence does the sea have on our world and how do you impact the sea with your daily choices? Expanding your knowledge on this subject is essential. Through information brochures, videos and websites, the Marine Environment Service contributes to the development of ocean literacy.
Our little piece of the North Sea is one of the most studied marine areas in the world. Scientific research is important to monitor the state of the marine environment, to protect and restore it and to correctly assess the impact of certain activities. We regularly commission studies and draw up plans and programmes of measures.
