The Royal Decree of 4 April 2019 regarding the placing on the market and use of biocidal products states that users of Closed Circuit biocides have to confirm their registered user status annually. This year’s confirmation deadline is Thursday 31 December 2020.
In order to confirm your registered user status simply log into the Closed Circuit application using your email address and password. As soon as you are logged in, the confirmation will be processed automatically. No further action is required on your end. If your login has been successful, the checkbox ‘status use’ will be automatically checked in your company’s profile and you will receive an email confirmation.

Users are no longer obliged to draw up a list of products bought/used in the Closed Circuit application but are highly recommended to do so.
It is currently not possible to change the language settings in the Closed Circuit. However, our ICT team is doing everything in its power to solve this problem as soon as possible.
