If you are a direct victim of a terrorist act recognised by the federal government, you may qualify for a reparation pension if your disability rate is at least 10%.
What is a direct victim ?
You are considered a direct victim if you were at the scene of the terrorist act at the time it occurred and have suffered physical and/or psychological damage.
