New data on antimicrobial resistance
EFSA has just updated the Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) data visualisation tool which now also includes data from 2018.
The AMR data viz displays antimicrobial resistance levels of Salmonella, E. Coli and Campylobacter in food, animals and humans, by country. The tool is interactive and intuitive, allowing you to select single countries or antibiotics by simply clicking on them.
A new article on the EFSA website underlines the newest findings. The tool is available in English, Italian, French and German, which are the official working languages of EFSA. The data visualisation accompanies the new EU Summary Report on AMR.
