Your pension is automatically reviewed 5 years after the initial decision to allow your disability rate to be reassessed.
If your condition deteriorates, you can also apply for an aggravation review (“demande de révision en aggravation”) at any time to the Civilian Victims of War and Victims of Terrorism Unit. If your application complies with the legal requirements, it will be forwarded to the OML/GGD. The expertise procedure is similar to the one above.
